Responsibilities
- The Contract Program Manager (CPM) serves as the primary point of contact for all contractual, technical, and administrative matters.
- They oversee the execution of all PWS requirements, manage staffing and performance, and ensure compliance with SLAs and deliverables.
- The CPM leads program reviews, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- They are responsible for strategic planning, resource allocation, and escalation resolution.
Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Must possess current IAM Level II and IAT Level II certifications.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supervising large IT Service contracts of similar dollar value and complexity.
- Minimum 9 years of experience in an IT related field.
Desired Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) v3 or later.
- Degree in Information Technology.
