Job Description

Federal intelligence community client. On-site. Active TS/SCI with Full Scope polygraph required at submission.

THE WORK

This is a remediation seat. The client needs the integrity of property, plant, equipment, inventory, and related property fixed at the source. That means cleaning up data, tightening internal controls, redesigning broken processes, and producing financial reporting that holds up under audit. If you have built that kind of fix before in a federal environment, you will recognize this scope on day one.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Improve the integrity of PP&E, Inventory, and Related Property data feeding financial reports
- Identify internal control deficiencies and execute remediation against them
- Redesign processes and roll out new policies and procedures for financial reporting
- Build and maintain Excel workbooks, macros, and comparable tooling that move the work faster
- Coordinate with federal stakeholders to drive remediation tasks to closure
- Document workflows, controls, and reporting outputs to an audit-ready standard

REQUIRED

- Active TS/SCI with Full Scope polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field
- Hands-on Excel expertise including macros or comparable technology
- Demonstrated federal remediation experience
- Track record of implementing process redesign and new policies or procedures that improved financial reporting
- Experience improving PP&E data integrity, internal controls, and financial reporting of PP&E and Inventory and Related Property
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Strong relationship-building inside federal client environments
