As a Project Manager with CACI, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's success by leading the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of critical projects. Responsibilities:
• Initiate projects by developing project plans, defining scope and requirements, identifying required resources, determining dependencies, quantifying risks, and obtaining internal and external buy-in.
• Execute projects by resource loading, implementing schedules, and providing cost estimates for major, high-risk, short and long-term projects.
• Manage project efforts to meet stakeholder expectations. Collaborate with business units and Functional Managers to identify and secure required team resources to meet project objectives. Ensure personnel and financial resources align with schedule and cost baselines.
• Meet deliverables, timelines, milestones, and contractual obligations as stated in the contract. Manage team resources within a matrix organization. Design, organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments.
• Conduct project team meetings to ensure the project team has a complete understanding and buy-in to assigned tasks, schedule, deliverables, budget, risks, and measures of success.
• Manage and control change order processes and communicate with stakeholders about change order implications. Meet with executive management and stakeholders to report project status. Manage and communicate project risks; Identify the critical path; Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
. Knowledge and experience with IDIQ contract and Task Order proposal response.
• Capture lessons learned at the close of each project, and document the project for appropriate knowledge transfer.

- Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years of related work experience.
- • A ctive TS clearance.
- Ability to learn and apply standard project management methodologies and tools.
- Requires creativity, flexibility, leadership, and the ability to think and act independently. Ability to create and communicate solutions. Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
