The Opportunity:

The CACI Mission Orchestration Lead is the senior integrator who connects operational activities and mission partner commands across the area of responsibility. In this Government Key Position, you will synchronize logistics, operational, and campaign-level activities to ensure all elements are working toward shared mission objectives. You will align contractor-delivered logistics, operations, and campaign-level efforts to ensure all elements are working toward shared mission objectives. The support will be coordinated with the needs of Combatant Commands (CCMDs), Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and component-level J3/G3/N3 Operations Divisions.

In this role, you provide strategic coordination and oversight for all Mission Partner Senior Project Managers. You ensure that campaigns, exercises, and contingency operations remain operationally aligned and effectively supported. You also drive the seamless integration of logistics activities into mission partner operational plans, helping sustainment efforts directly enable operational maneuver, readiness, and theater objectives.

You will advise senior government leadership on how to synchronize logistics with operational planning cycles, ensuring the Command can respond effectively to dynamic mission requirements across competition, crisis, and conflict in contested and distributed environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the senior advisor to program and government leadership on non-standard logistics strategy supporting campaign access, persistence, and distributed sustainment operations.
  • Lead the integration of intelligence-driven sustainment concepts into theater logistics planning aligned with Theater Campaign Plans, OPLANs, and contingency frameworks.
  • Synchronize logistics maneuver with operational design supporting the competition phase
  • Serve as the senior liaison between PMO leadership and mission partner G3/J3 Operations Divisions across supported commands.
  • Synchronize logistics operations with mission partner campaigns, exercises, and contingency operations.
  • Ensuring alignment of logistics planning and execution with Theater Campaign Plans (TCPs), OPLANs, CONPLANs, and operational directives.
  • Integrate logistics capabilities into operational planning cycles, including Joint Planning Process (JPP) and targeting cycles.
  • Provide operational-level visibility of logistics capabilities to mission partners to enable informed decision-making.
  • Direct and oversee all Mission Partner Senior Project Managers aligned to respective mission partners and operational commands.
  • Establish command relationships, reporting structures, and battle rhythm synchronization across geographically dispersed teams.
  • Ensure consistent execution of program tasks across all mission partner portfolios.
  • Drive unity of effort across multiple operational nodes, ensuring integration between logistics, operations, and support functions.
  • Lead synchronization of logistics support to joint, combined, and multinational exercises.
  • Align logistics capabilities to support campaign shaping activities, operational rehearsals, and real-world contingencies.
  • Ensure logistics integration supports operational maneuver, force projection, and sustainment across distributed environments.
  • Coordinate with planners to embed logistics considerations into exercise design and execution.
  • Serve as the primary senior engagement lead for mission partner organizations, including CCMDs, TSOCs, and component commands.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with government stakeholders to ensure mission alignment and responsiveness.
  • Facilitate coordination between U.S. forces, partner nations, and interagency stakeholders as required.
  • Translate mission partner operational requirements into executable logistics tasks.
  • Ensure logistics operations directly support mission partner operational objectives across air, land, maritime, cyber, and space domains.
  • Integrate deployment, distribution, sustainment, and platform solutions into mission execution frameworks.
  • Provide oversight of logistics readiness, responsiveness, and adaptability in support of dynamic mission requirements.
  • Ensure synchronization between Task Areas (Platform Solutions, Deployment & Distribution, Sustainment, Training, and Emergent Operations).
  • Enable logistics synchronization supporting operations in contested, denied, and austere environments.
  • Align sustainment operations with mission partner requirements for distributed operations and resilient basing.
  • Ensure logistics support adapts to degraded communications, denied access, and dynamic threat conditions.
  • Establish operational metrics and performance indicators aligned to mission partner objectives.
  • Provide senior-level reporting on mission alignment, logistics effectiveness, and operational support outcomes.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities to improve mission support integration.

Qualifications:

Required:
