Senior Manufacturing Production Operator (RF Cable & Electronics Assembly)
Onsite at the facility in Canonsburg, PA
Pay Estimated: $25 - $31 Per Hour
Senior Manufacturing Production Operator to support the fabrication, assembly, integration, and inspection of advanced electronic and mechanical systems in a secure manufacturing environment. This position performs hands-on production work involving Radio Frequency (RF) cable fabrication, soldering, wire harness assembly, prototype hardware integration, software loading, and electronics manufacturing processes.

Senior Manufacturing Production Operator (RF Cable & Electronics Assembly)

Pay Estimated: $25 - $31 Per Hour
Senior Manufacturing Production Operator to support the fabrication, assembly, integration, and inspection of advanced electronic and mechanical systems in a secure manufacturing environment. This position performs hands-on production work involving Radio Frequency (RF) cable fabrication, soldering, wire harness assembly, prototype hardware integration, software loading, and electronics manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform moderately complex production and assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, modules, circuit boards, panels, frames, drawers, cables, and harnesses
- Build and integrate hardware for prototype systems, production assemblies, and large-scale complex systems
- Fabricate Radio Frequency (RF) cables, multi-function cables, and wire harnesses to engineering and manufacturing specifications
- Perform soldering of ribbon cables and stripline components supporting Radio Frequency (RF) applications
- Conduct fabrication, marking, inspection, testing, and integration activities in research, production, and pre-production environments
- Load and configure customer and standard software onto hardware devices and systems
- Support quality and process improvement initiatives using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and statistical analysis methods
- Follow manufacturing documentation, engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality procedures
- Maintain compliance with manufacturing, quality, safety, and security requirements
- Maintain accurate production records and support continuous improvement activities
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
- Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance required at time of hire
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) credential required
- 6+ years of directly related manufacturing, production, assembly, or electronics fabrication experience
- Experience with electronic and mechanical assembly operations
- Experience fabricating Radio Frequency (RF) cables, wire harnesses, and complex electronic assemblies
- Soldering experience, including ribbon cable and stripline soldering for Radio Frequency (RF) applications
- Knowledge of fabrication, inspection, and hardware integration processes
- Experience loading and configuring software on hardware devices or systems
- Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and basic statistical analysis applications
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to support production documentation
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania
- Associate's Degree in a related field
- Manufacturing-related certification or technical training
