Sr Manufacturing / Production Operator

Canonsburg, PA

Pay Estimated: $23.40 - $24.63/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
• Read and interpret basic schematics, drawings, Bills of Material, and work instructions.
• Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, and hardware integration.
• Integrate subassemblies into final hardware and support final assembly of small systems.
• Conduct basic electrical testing, inspection, rework, and refurbishment of hardware and systems.
• Follow established methods, techniques, sequencing, and quality standards throughout the production process.

Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Department of Defense Secret security clearance required at time of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant manufacturing, production, assembly, or electronics experience.
• Experience with electronic and/or mechanical assembly, including wiring, soldering, component installation, or cable harnessing.
• Knowledge of polarity, inspection criteria, measuring equipment, math, BOMs, and work order tracking systems.
• Must be able to work 100% on-site in Canonsburg, PA.
