Job Description

Description of Duties:

• Facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART) process and execution to ensure smooth operation of ART events and practices.
• Coach and mentor Agile teams to help improve team agility and effectiveness.
• Manage risks and resolve impediments that may hinder the progress of the ART.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the development process.
• Drive continuous improvement at the program level by assessing the ART's performance and implementing enhancements through Inspect and Adapt (I&A) sessions.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, including project planning roadmaps that display schedules, progress, resource allocation, backlog status, and project prioritization.
• Analyze and present data sets in a clear and accessible format for a wide range of audiences (Capacity planning, team velocity, story burndown).
• Develop tracking and data visualization tools to monitor team progress and performance metrics and deliver reports to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with product owners and technical leads to ensure accurate reflection of the backlog and current goals within project management tools (Microsoft Teams, Planner, Project, Jira, or GitLab).
• Manage Backlog administration, Program Increment Planning and Reviews, and Standups.
• Facilitate Scrum of Scrum activities, including support of Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Lead team morale initiatives, including supply replenishment and event organization.
• Ensure transparent and consistent communication between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate software and hardware upgrades with appropriate departments and develop and maintain documentation for system procedures.
• Collaborate with IT resources to support upgrades and resolve technical issues, identifying required resources and coordinating efforts through to resolution.
• Onboard and offboard personnel in accordance with established organizational processes, including account creation and seating logistics.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to a variety of audiences.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all work products.

Basic Requirements:
• Must have 12, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience
• May be reduced with completion of advanced education
• Must have 6, or more, years of directly related and/or specialized RTE experience
• Must have 1, or more, years of experience working in a management or leadership role
• Must have experience creating and maintaining project documentation, including project plans and status reports.
• Must be familiar with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Must have, or obtain, an active DoD Secret Security Clearance

Desired Requirements:

• Have a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Business, Management, or a related field from an accredited university.
• Have experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, GitLab, Jira, or Asana.
• Have experience with 1 or more of the following relational databases: MS Access, Oracle, or SQL Server
• Be proficient in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
• Be familiar with Windows and UNIX operating systems.
• Have a working knowledge of graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, or equivalent applications.
• Have experience with web and programming languages, including HTML5, Java, .NET, CSS, or XML.
