We are looking to hire a Project Integrator to join our team in Dulles, VA.

The Project Integrator supports mission-critical operations by coordinating program activities, managing operational workflows, and ensuring effective communication between the customer, stakeholders, and internal teams. This role requires a highly organized and adaptable professional capable of supporting fast-paced operational environments while maintaining exceptional customer engagement and mission support.

The ideal candidate possesses strong coordination skills, operational awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting government customers and high-level stakeholders in dynamic environments.

The Project Integrator will be responsible for the following:
  • Coordinate and support day-to-day operational and project activities in support of customer mission requirements.
  • Manage complex and fast-paced workloads while ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks and deliverables.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers, stakeholders, and internal personnel to ensure operational alignment and mission success.
  • Assist with operational planning, scheduling, logistics coordination, and project tracking activities.
  • Support customer engagement efforts by providing responsive, professional, and mission-focused support services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and maintain continuity of operations.
  • Prepare operational updates, reports, and briefing materials for leadership and stakeholders as required.
  • Support travel coordination and logistics activities for domestic and international operations.
  • Interact professionally with individuals from diverse cultural, religious, ethnic, and professional backgrounds, including military personnel, law enforcement, senior government officials, heads of state, and royalty.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, organizational policies, and operational procedures.
  • Maintain flexibility and responsiveness in rapidly changing operational environments.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree OR four (4) additional years of experience supporting projects of similar scope, complexity, and mission relevance.
  • Experience coordinating and managing complex, fast-paced workloads with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Experience maintaining effective communication and coordination with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with individuals from diverse cultures, ethnicities, religions, and social backgrounds, including military personnel, law enforcement, senior government officials, heads of state, and royalty.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-tempo operational environments.


Required Security Clearance:
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience expediting international and domestic arrivals and departures at U.S.-based airports.
  • Experience coordinating travel and security-related services with Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agencies and other government partners.
  • Familiarity with U.S.-based airport operations and airport authorities.
  • Ability to brief large groups and leadership audiences effectively.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and shifting operational priorities.
