We're reaching out to see if you may be able to assist us with identifying Help Desk support for our Department of State contract . This role is intended to backfill one of our team members who is currently on military leave. We're looking for someone with prior Help Desk experience and strong customer service skills , ideally with 4-5 years of experience supporting end users in a technical environment.
