What You’ll Do
· Advanced Data Visualization: Design and maintain complex ServiceNow visualizations. You’ll be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) translating requirements into actionable insights.
· Core Configuration Management (CM): Execute essential CM functions, analyze change requests, and conduct CI audits to ensure data relationships are flawless.
· Data Integrity & Investigation: Investigate and resolve integrity issues within the CMDB and telecom modules (TSOM/TNI) to ensure platform reliability.
· Team Mentorship: Provide guidance and share best practices to help fellow analysts sharpen their ServiceNow skills.
What You’ll Bring (Required)
· Security Clearance: Current and active DoD Secret (U.S. Citizenship required).
· Experience: Bachelor’s degree in IT with 4-8 years of relevant experience.
· ServiceNow Expertise: Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, ITSM processes, and the CMDB data model.
· Data Visualization Skills: Proven ability to build complex visualizations from scratch.
· Certification: Must have Security+ CE or equivalent (DoD 8570 IAT Level II).
What We’d Love to See (Desired Skills)
· Experience with ServiceNow telecommunications modules (TSOM/TNI).
· ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Platform Analytics.
· Practical understanding of the OSI model and network circuits.
