The Opportunity:
CACI's Agile Digital Solutions Operating Group is recruiting a Lead Architect on NASA Consolidated Applications and Platforms program to support the ICAM (Identity, Credential, and Access Management) and Cyber Portfolios. The Lead Architect will have the opportunity to develop IT strategies, roadmaps, architectural products, systems and deliverables for the enterprise and operational lines of business. They will advise on the enterprise business, Information, and technology direction for all phases of programs from inception to completion. They will be proficient in PKI, Active Directory/Azure AD, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and IAM analytics tools (e.g., Splunk)
The Lead Architect will lead a team of solution architects and together they will advocate technological application programs to achieve long-range objectives.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Responsibilities:
- Support critical end user applications and work in a highly Agile environment as both a mentor and technology leader.
- Provide Architect decisions and direction for the ICAM and Cyber areas within NCAPS.
- Champion special projects and technical upgrades.
- Evolve NASA vision by delivering a rigorous approach to IT Architecture across the NCAPS portfolio
- Lead a team of architects responsible for apps rationalization and solution modernization
- Support and strengthen NCAPS governance, federal enterprise architecture and cloud migration frameworks
- Align standards, frameworks and security with overall business and technology strategies
- Collaborate with end-user facing teams to define technology migration strategies and approaches
Qualifications:
Required:
- College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior senior architecture experience supporting U.S. government customers
- Producing architecture artifacts with tools such as PowerPoint or Visio
- Developing strategic IT roadmaps and briefings
- Experience with the Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework
- Experience with a variety of technology stacks and platforms (.NET, Java, SQL, ColdFusion, etc.).
Professional Experience:
- 12+ years related technical experience
- Active Public Trust clearance; secret clearance preferred
