Summary:
• Lead the development of Java-based software capabilities, leveraging modern frameworks such as Spring.
• Architect and implement enterprise APIs and Restful Web Services within a Microservices framework.
• Manage and maintain Kubernetes deployments, utilizing Helm for orchestration.
• Oversee and contribute to development efforts using Go and Python.
• Drive the implementation of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, particularly with Gitlab.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Qualifications & Compensation:
Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 9+ years
Salary: $271k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Design, develop, and test Java-based applications, incorporating modern frameworks like Spring.
• Architect and implement robust enterprise APIs and Restful Web Services with a Microservices architecture.
• Build, deploy, and maintain containerized applications using Kubernetes and Helm.
• Develop software solutions using Go and Python programming languages.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, leveraging Gitlab for automation.
• Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure for application deployment and management.
• Work within an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Manage source code with Git, and utilize Nexus and Maven for dependency management.
• Apply expertise in data storage solutions, including Elasticsearch and MongoDB.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to software development teams.
• Utilize tools such as JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation.
• Conduct comprehensive software testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Operate in a Linux environment for development and deployment tasks.
