Job Description

• Company: Northrop Grumman
• Position: CI/CD Engineer
• Location: 9975 Federal Drive
• Duration: long term, ongoing contract – we are a direct sub to the C2BMC program
• Clearance: Secret, will hold TS if you already have it
• Program – C2BMC

As member of the Regional Applications Agile Release Train (RA ART) of the Missile Defense National Team for Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) (aka C2BMC NT) with a focus on the Enterprise Services Agile team.

Essential Functions:
This position will be responsible for working across the ART to implement and maintain a standardized CI/CD pipelines and Software Development Environments for use by all of the Product Teams within the RA ART, across two development sites.
The applicant will be required to work closely with the Cyber and Platforms ART to ensure that the tools and applications within the pipeline and maintained and conform to security and other requirements.
The applicant will need to present regular updates on the status of the pipelines and work to resolve any issues.

Basic Qualifications:
Please list your current security clearance and IAT or relevant certifications on your resume, if applicable.
A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field from an accredited university, along with 5 years of experience; or a Master’s degree in a related field with 3 years of relevant work experience; or 9 years of relevant work experience may be considered as an alternative to a degree
Applicants must have a current, active in-scope DoD-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application, which is required to start
Applicants must have a current, active DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (such as Security+ CE, SecurityX, CCNA-Security, CySA+ **, CND, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, CASP+ CE, CISSP, etc.) at the time of application, which is required to start. The candidate is responsible for maintaining their DoD 8140 certification throughout the entire contract period.
Experience working within classified environments to implement CI/CD pipelines to support multiple SW releases and build versions.
Candidate will need to be able to work with multiple disciplinary teams especially Systems Admins, IT and Security.
Experience with all or most of: Java, Maven/Gradle, Eclipse, Git, Gitlab, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence.
Experience with Software Development Environment configuration: Eclipse, Custom Plugins, Linters, VSCode.
Experience with CI/CD especially in a classified development environment.
Experience with Linux and Windows scripting, Ansible playbook development and management, Security-Enhanced (SE) Linux and Red Hat repository administration.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the following areas is desired for effective performance in this role:
Knowledge of all or some of the following: Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG), VMware ESXI, Active Directory, Containers and Container Orchestration products, PaaS and SaaS.
Experience working in an Agile development environment. "
