DCI Job Requirement for:

ServiceNow SME

Location: Remote

Job Description:

Serve as a ServiceNow SME

Configure ServiceNow modules

Design, develop, and configure workflows/automations, scripts, and screen tailoring Develop dashboards

Support ITIL processes

Integrate systems/APIs

Handle CMDB/service catalog

Be involved in many areas, including:

Logistics workflows
Asset tracking
IT operations
Cyber incident management
FedRAMP/DoD compliance
Analyze CMDB/AMDB, document findings and improvement opportunities

Document recommendations in agile story format for Customer backlog

Assess and remediate the current state of the ServiceNow ITSM module

Serve as advisor to the team as a ServiceNow developer and SME in ITSM & ITOM

Leverage ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards

Design technical solutions to address complex requirements

Qualifications:

5+ years of ServiceNow development/architecture experience

ServiceNow SME in core platform, ITSM & ITOM

Forescout integration experience

ServiceNow certified system administrator (required)

Certified Application Developer - ServiceNow (CAD) (preferred)

Experience working with Government / DoD or in the Energy sector (preferred)

Required: Active Secret Clearance

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000-$150,000
