Insight Global is currently hiring a Secret Software Business Analyst to work onsite in Chesapeake, VA. This individual will support multiple internal teams and stakeholders with development efforts for the US Navy. This role has an option for a hybrid work schedule following a successful training period.
Responsibilities involve but are not limited to:
- Supporting main development teams, requirements teams, development efforts with stakeholders, refining requirements from Epics to user stories
- Communication & coordination with stakeholders an upper management amongst a team of 10-12 individuals
- Create some testing use cases & automated testing framework
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management Systems, Business Management, or related field with 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with software requirements
High School degree with 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with software requirements
Active Secret Clearance
Experience working in Agile environments, writing user stories and acceptance criteria using Gherkin (BDD)
Software work tracking using Jira and Azure DevOps
Backlog organization using Epics and Features aligned to functional areas
Experience documenting User stories capturing business value
Experience designing artifacts support with UI/UX
Compensation: 42-50/HR
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
