Job Description
Title: Sr. RF Digital Test Technician
Duration: 6 Month+
Location: Hudson, NH
**Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance is required.**
Notes:
Hands on test and troubleshooting experience of complex electro-mechanical assemblies.
RF test and debug experience is required.
Willingness to work 2nd/3rd shift is a plus.
Position Description:
Provides technical support for engineering personnel working in a research or design/development environment.
Performs non-routine, complex assignments involving responsibility for planning and conducting a complete project of relatively limited scope or a portion of a larger, more diverse project.
Selects and adapts plans, techniques, designs and layouts
Skills Required:
1. Constructs, modifies and assists in the design and development of complex electronic circuits utilizing basic design concepts.
2. Determines circuit values for specified performance in various circuits by performing necessary mathematical calculations.
3. Selects and specifies optimal components for electronic systems or subsystems, allowing for environmental and/or operating conditions and type/extent of service.
4. Troubleshoots and tests a wide variety of highly complex assemblies and systems utilizing electro-mechanical, electronic and/or inspection instruments requiring a high degree of technical skill and experience to obtain desired results. Utilizes computer aided design and analysis tools as required.
5. Determines test requirements and test procedures. Conducts tests and/or experiments on electronic systems and subsystems, analyzes results and recommends design revisions or modifications to equipment to improve/enhance performance. Implements recommendations upon supervisory review and approval.
6. Compiles, reviews, analyzes and presents a wide variety of complex engineering data required to achieve engineering objectives.
7. Plans or assists in planning complex tests to evaluate equipment performance. May calculate design data required to comply with engineering objectives.
8. RF test and debug experience is required.
9. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required
Education Required:
Requires an associate's degree in electronic engineering technology or equivalent and four (4) years of directly related experience or a military technical "A" school
