Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain performance baselines (solution scope, costs, schedules); oversee development of the CBII Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Chair formal baseline change requests (BCRs) reviews; manage risk registers and corrective actions; lead weekly and quarterly risk/status meetings to address critical issues.
- Guide weekly progress reporting such as by Weekly Activity Reports (WARs) and quarterly reviews; ensure timely delivery of all required briefings, plans, and contract required artifacts (e.g., monthly service utilization & capacity reports).
- Serve as primary point-of-contact between the program team and Government; delegate tasks, clarify requirements, and secure approvals on plans, schedules, and deliverables.
- Implement processes to measure results; track program key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure continuous service improvement.
- Coordinate incident after-action reviews following any service outages; drive root-cause analysis and lessons learned integration into program processes.
- Oversee maintenance of program documentation repositories with weekly updates; enforce configuration management practices and documentation standards.
- Verify contractual compliance and obligations

Required Qualifications:
Experience supporting DoD or DISA IT service programs.
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Defense Enterprise Service Management Framework (DESMF) / IT Service Management (ITSM)‑based managed services environments.
- PMP or equivalent program/project management certification. (PMP, GSLC, CISA, CISM)
- Experience managing 24x7x365 operational programs.
