Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph within the last 7 years to be considered.
Summary:
• Develop and maintain complex software systems.
• Focus on algorithm development and malware analysis.
• Perform software design, testing, and requirements analysis.
• Utilize expertise in Software Development, Malware Analysis, Kubernetes, Docker, Java, Restful Web Services, Git, Kotlin, Spring, Python, MongoDB, and NiFi.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 14+ years
• Total Compensation: $282k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems, including processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, and real-time systems.
• Review and test software components for adherence to design requirements and resolve software problem reports.
• Utilize software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment.
• Provide specific input to the software components of system design, including hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, and requirements analysis.
• Apply expertise in Software Development, Software Architecture, and Systems Engineering.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Software Testing, Requirements Analysis, and Algorithm Development.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Java, Git, Kotlin, Spring, Python, MongoDB, and NiFi.
• Familiarity with Restful Web Services and Malware Analysis.
Required Skills/Experience:
• Experience developing containerized applications (Kubernetes/Docker)
• Ability to develop high-quality, efficient, and testable code
• Ability to debug complex, system-wide issues.
• Java Application (no front end necessary), REST
• Ability to multitask and pivot to different tasks quickly
• Experience with Atlassian tools, Git
• Experience with IntelliJ or Eclipse IDE
