The Opportunity:

As a CACI All Source Analyst in the Special Operations Command North (SOCNORTH) Joint Intelligence Support Element (JISE), you will provide embedded analytical support to SOCNORTH and other government agencies in support of NORTHCOM's mission. You will provide intelligence analysis and analytical products to support SOCNORTH strategic analysis efforts, threat assessments, and joint intelligence preparation of the operating environment in support of SOCNORTH, USSOCOM, and USNORTHCOM objectives . Products include but are not limited to: CT and regional analysis, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, joint intelligence reports, papers, briefings, reviews, and political-military analyses. Your analyses and assessments will coordinate and integrate all pertinent input and data from other SOCNORTH analysts, U.S. Law Enforcement Agencies (including but not limited to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI); and other DoD agencies in order share intelligence between organizations in support of executing SOCNORTH mission. The All-Source Analyst shall conduct research and analysis on complex targets, networks and target systems and shall draft, edit, and present various types of target development products to senior leadership. The All-Source Analyst shall be familiar and able to execute independently various targeting (strategic analysis) methodologies, including F3EAD, D3A, and CARVER. The Analyst will maintain an active TS/SCI clearance. Y ou will also serve as key member of a threat analyses, intelligence collection, and assessment team directly supporting Special Operations commands across the Theater Special Operations Commands and other Strategic Partners across the Special Operations Forces Emerging Threat, Operations and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) enterprise.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a embedded All Source Intelligence Analyst
  • Supervises the development of detailed threat analysis and assessments against a range of national and global threats to identify risks, gaps, and vulnerabilities and recommend countermeasures.
  • Analyze multi-domain intelligence to discover, develop, and assist in intelligence analysis, refinement of collection requirements, and target development of various threats and actors.
  • Conducts all-source research, analysis, and target development through various reporting, processes, and databases.
  • Liaison between SOCNORTH, other commands, and Interagency regarding Intelligence requirements.
  • Validate information and apply client tradecraft as you help build assessments.
  • Support sensitive activities with all source analysis.
  • Researching and developing Intelligence initiatives for operations and special projects and programs; maintain knowledge of PIRs and standing collection requirements.
  • Retrieve, produce, and exploit standard and non-standard information developing products to support the mission.
  • Provides specialized senior-level expertise in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), specifically Digital Network Intelligence (DNI), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) analysis.
  • Willingness to undergo CI Poly for access to required systems.


Qualifications:

Required:
  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
  • A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, an associate degree and 7+ years of experience, or 9+ years of relevant work experience.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in intelligence analysis and/or intelligence operations coordination roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic-level command or while supporting a similar size and scope of a DoD contract.
  • Proficiency in analyzing adversary networks and operating patterns, including associative targeting of individuals, cells, network command and control (C2), and logistics.
  • Working knowledge providing intelligence support to HUMINT activities.
  • Advanced proficiency in utilizing Intelligence Community (IC) tools, conducting network analysis, and operating managed attribution accounts.
  • Hands-on experience and demonstrated proficiency with specific analytical and targeting platforms, including Proton, Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, Google Earth, CZTK, Rockstar, Mosaic, Maven Smart Systems/Palantir, and Graph Databases.
  • Working knowledge of the tools, methodologies, and concepts underlying real-time and near-real-time knowledge management systems and portals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to perform effective liaison duties.
  • Strong attention to detail and rigorous analytical standards.


Desired:
  • Experience supporting USSOCOM or Joint SOF organizations in a deployed environment.
  • Graduate of advanced Intelligence Analysis courses (Service level), SOF Intelligence Course, or Joint Intelligence courses.
  • Must work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
