CACI's Digital & Enterprise IT Solutions business is seeking an experienced leader ready to dive in and drive the strategic and operational delivery of enterprise IT solutions for a major Federal Civilian customer. In this role, you'll be hands-on in modernizing the digital platforms that power NASA's day-to-day mission work. You will directly lead cross-functional teams as they deliver on key technologies such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Microsoft, which are central components of the enterprise portfolio.

As the Enterprise Delivery Lead, you will actively manage the strategic and operational execution of enterprise IT capabilities that power day to day mission operations across NASA centers. You will work alongside multi-platform delivery teams on key technologies; including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft platforms, and custom enterprise applications; diving into the details and navigating technical challenges to ensure that modernization, sustainment, and transformation activities run with precision and predictability. You will directly engage as a senior delivery leader within the NCAPS program, getting into the weeds with program leadership, customer stakeholders, and cross functional teams to ensure alignment, drive operational efficiencies, and foster a high performance delivery culture. You will also step in and take charge as a trusted backup to the Program Manager during absences, personally coordinating delivery efforts across a portfolio of more than a thousand applications. You will partner closely with the APMO to understand financial positioning and leverage financial and performance data to make informed decisions that balance delivery excellence with fiscal responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Drive day to day delivery execution across a large, multi-platform enterprise, supporting the Program Manager in guiding a 500+ FTE team responsible for designing, developing, and sustaining mission critical business systems.

• Lead cross functional delivery teams across key solution areas including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, M365, and custom SharePoint applications.

• Implement and enforce standardized, repeatable delivery approaches that improve execution quality, streamline workflows, and ensure consistent, predictable performance across all workstreams.

• Engage directly with customer leadership to align priorities, reduce operational friction, and ensure mission success while coordinating modernization initiatives across NASA centers and enterprise stakeholders.

Support program growth by identifying opportunities within existing portfolios and adjacent Federal Civilian markets, providing delivery insights that strengthen customer confidence and expand strategic partnerships.

• Develop and mentor delivery leads and managers, building leadership capability and preparing talent to take on increased responsibility over time.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience leading solution delivery for U.S. Government customers.
  • Prior experience managing large, complex, cross functional teams in a dynamic, high tempo environment.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. Government marketspace, with emphasis on enterprise scale solution development and consolidation.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency across multi portfolio programs.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to support data driven decision making.
  • Ability to ensure contract performance while cultivating customer satisfaction and long term trust
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to navigate complex operational and technical challenges
  • Relevant Agile certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner, or equivalent).
  • Active Public Trust clearance, with the ability to obtain a higher level clearance if required.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting large-scale Federal Digital Transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of enterprise delivery practices for platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, M365, and custom applications.
  • Experience operating in a SAFe Agile environment or large-scale Agile transformation program
  • Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with executive-level stakeholders
  • Active PMP
