Description:You will be the F-22 Modification Team night shift lead. This position is located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam AFB, Hawaii.

What You Will Be Doing:
As the F-22 Modification Team night shift lead you will serve as the on-shift lead responsible for coordinating daily maintenance and modification activities. You will act as the primary point of contact between night shift personnel, management, and engineer to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with technical requirements.

You will monitor work progress, communicate status updates, identify risks to schedule or quality, and help resolve production issues to keep operations on track.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate and oversee nightly work assignments to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

- Ensure team members follows appropriate technical instructions,

- Provide hands-on technical guidance to support technicians as needed.

- Communicate daily with management, and engineering on work status, material availability, and production challenges.

- Promote a safe, clean, FOD-free work environment.

- Send out a shift-turnover by providing clear and accurate pass-down to day shift leadership and engineering.

Further Information About This Opportunity:
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start. This position is second shift.

Physical Requirements:
This position may include certain required health screenings and immunizations. Position may also require extended work hours. Regularly required to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive movements, work overhead, use hands to grasp, handle, and/or feel, reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, and twist. Confined Space Entry.
Basic Qualifications:
- Prior leadership experience

- Minimum of 5 years of fighter aircraft experience.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and aircraft schematics.

-Familiarity with maintenance documentation and quality requirements (e.g., workbooks and Quality Assurance inspections).
Desired Skills:
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (the customer, QA, leadership, and engineering).

- Proven ability to lead small teams and drive accountability.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues early and take proactive action.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing requirements, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
