This role complements the Medical Operations Oversight Physician by focusing on program execution, compliance, documentation, and operational integration across medical services.

The Medical Operations Program Analyst provides detailed analysis and oversight of medical program performance, supporting inspections, tracking findings, and ensuring alignment between program leadership, subcontracted medical providers, and operational requirements. This role emphasizes programmatic oversight rather than clinical decision-making, and serves as a key integrator across logistics, operations, and medical service delivery.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting medical programs in operational or government environments and is comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams, managing data, tracking compliance, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

This is a part-time role and hours will be determined based on work requirements.

What You Will Do

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of medical operations oversight and inspection activities.
  • Assist in evaluating subcontracted medical providers, including emergency medical services, mobile surgical and resuscitative teams, CCET capabilities, and pre-hospital care personnel.
  • Track and manage inspection findings, corrective actions, and compliance requirements across the program.
  • Maintain documentation related to medical program performance, readiness, staffing, training, and equipment.
  • Support the development and refinement of medical inspection checklists, evaluation criteria, and reporting templates.
  • Analyze medical program data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement in performance and compliance.
  • Coordinate with the Medical Operations Oversight Physician to support inspection execution, data collection, and reporting.
  • Interface with the Program Medical Director, operations staff, and subcontractors to ensure transparency and alignment on program requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, briefings, and executive summaries for internal leadership and government stakeholders.
  • Monitor adherence to contractual requirements, internal policies, and applicable medical and operational standards.
  • Support logistics coordination related to medical operations, including equipment tracking, personnel movement, and site readiness as required.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, compliance, and program effectiveness.

What Are We Looking For

  • 15+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19+ years relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting medical operations, healthcare programs, or operational support functions; or 7+ years of relevant experience in program management, logistics, or operations supporting medical services.
  • Experience working in a program support, compliance, operations, or logistics role within a medical or healthcare-related environment.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage data, track actions, and support reporting requirements.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders, including leadership, operational personnel, and external providers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • This part-time position requires travel to operational sites, medical facilities, and program locations, including austere or overseas environments. This is a part-time role and hours will be determined based on work requirements.

Preferred: Bonus Points For...

  • Experience supporting government, military, or Special Operations medical programs.
  • Familiarity with emergency medical services, trauma care systems, or deployed medical operations.
  • Experience supporting inspection, audit, or compliance activities.
  • Experience working with subcontractors or external service providers.
  • Exposure to program management, logistics coordination, or operational planning functions.
  • Experience supporting process improvement or performance management initiatives.
