HII Mission Technologies is seeking a hands‑on Lead Linux Systems Administrator to manage and mentor a team of system admins supporting the Modeling, Simulation, and Training mission at the Joint Integrated Test and Training Center (JITTC‑N) at Nellis AFB, NV. This role is critical to ensuring continuous operation of multi‑user Linux systems that directly enable training, simulation, and test missions. What You Will Do - Maintain continuous operation of multi-user Linux computer systems to ensure team can effectively support the mission. This will include, but are not limited to: - Daily managing team of System Administrators including mentorship and expert knowledge when needed by junior System Administrators - Setting up administrator and service accounts. - Installing system wide software and allocate mass storage space. - Performing configuration and troubleshooting of systems which may be desktop and/or server based. - Optimizing system operation and resource utilization and performs system capacity analysis and planning. 📍Nellis AFB, NV (100% onsite) 👉 Must have strong Linux administration skills and management and/or mentoring experience 🔑Must have held an active Top Secret clearance within the last 24 months and be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI and relevant SAP/SAR Clearance
