Overview
We are seeking a Guidance Section Systems Integration & Test (SIT) Build and Test Lead to support advanced system development programs. This role serves as the primary point of contact during planning, integration, and execution of guidance section build-up and testing activities. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, hands-on lab experience, and the ability to coordinate across multiple engineering disciplines to deliver high‑quality results.
The team focuses on integrating, verifying, and validating complex systems through rigorous laboratory and field testing. Responsibilities span planning, execution, documentation, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure systems perform as designed and meet program objectives.
What You Will Do
• Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of guidance section integration activities in laboratory environments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during guidance section build-up and test execution.
• Coordinate across multiple engineering disciplines while maintaining alignment with program schedules and milestones.
• Create and/or modify build documentation, including Consent to Build (CTB), Work Instructions, and Hardware Acceptance Review (HAR) materials.
• Create and/or modify documentation for formal test reviews, including Test Readiness Review (TRR), Consent to Ship (CTS), and Test Data Review (TDR) packages.
• Support and lead cross-disciplinary discussions to meet technical, schedule, and cost objectives.
• Provide leadership in task prioritization, resource planning, and risk management to ensure successful delivery of program requirements.
• Collect, analyze, and evaluate test data to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Qualifications – Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience working with and managing technical requirements.
• Experience in early development phases of complex subsystems, particularly integration and test activities.
• Active, transferable Secret security clearance required on Day 1.
Qualifications – Preferred
• Experience coordinating across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Proven team leadership or technical lead experience.
• Hands-on experience working in laboratory environments.
• Guidance section–level integration experience in development and/or production settings.
• Experience with test equipment and test environments.
• Experience supporting qualification testing.
• Strong risk management skills, including identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
Demonstrated ability to analyze test data and resolve complex technical issues.
