Insight Global is seeking a Secret-Cleared IT Specialist to support a federal client onsite in Crane, Indiana. This role is part of a long-term, 4-year program providing IT support to military installations across the United States.
The IT Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day technical support operations, including Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 troubleshooting. This role requires strong customer service skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work in a secure environment.
Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1–3 IT support for end users
Diagnose and resolve desktop and laptop hardware issues
Support and reset printers and peripheral devices
Manage user account support and access issues
Respond to and resolve issues through the ticketing system
Deliver professional, customer-focused technical support
