WOOD Federal Solutions is seeking a Security Operations & Office Coordinator to support daily security administration and front-office operations. This role supports compliance with government security requirements while ensuring smooth and professional office coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating within structured systems. This position supports security processes and documentation under leadership direction and ensures consistent execution of administrative and operational tasks. This is a hands-on execution role focused on maintaining systems, processing documentation, and supporting internal operations-not designing or interpreting security policy.

Security Clearance Requirements:

Responsibilities
Security Operations (Primary Focus)
- Process and maintain security documentation (e.g., visit requests, onboarding/offboarding paperwork, clearance tracking)
- Support administration of government security systems (e.g., DISS, NBIS/eQIP, or related platforms)
- Maintain accurate personnel security records and files
- Track compliance requirements and assist with audits or reporting as directed
- Prepare documentation and data for review by designated security authority (FSO/CSSO)
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into required systems
Office & Administrative Coordination (Secondary)
- Serve as primary point of contact for office communications (phones, visitors, general inquiries)
- Maintain organized office environment and administrative workflows
- Support basic scheduling and coordination needs
- Assist with document management and internal communications
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in administrative, security, or operations roles
Skills & Experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline
- Ability to follow structured processes with accuracy and consistency
- Comfortable working with systems, databases, and documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience supporting government contracting environments
- Familiarity with personnel security processes or compliance environments
- Experience with systems such as DISS, NBIS/eQIP, or similar platforms
