CHIEF INFORMATION SECUTIY OFFICER

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Chief Information Security Officer supports the mission of delivering secure, compliant, and fully operational IT infrastructure for new SCIF military construction requirements by providing expert-level guidance across the design, programming, planning, and management of enterprise-level information technology systems. As a Chief Information Security Officer, you will apply deep expertise in DoD and Intelligence Community IT requirements, the Risk Management Framework, and the Authority to Operate process to translate complex operational and mission needs into a cohesive and resilient enterprise architecture. In this role, you will support IT submittals, test report reviews, change order management, and record documentation throughout the construction lifecycle while coordinating closely with external agencies including the WPAFB 88th Communications Squadron, NASIC, and IC mission partners. You will be expected to maintain 100% attendance at all required IT-related reviews, provide accurate advisory input that results in compliant installations, and deliver the leadership necessary to guide teams and manage complex IT projects from initial design through full operational capability.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide expertise in the design, programming, planning and management of IT infrastructure for new SCIF MILCON requirements.
- Provide support for identifying IT mission requirements, program development, equipment acquisition and disposition.
- Support the construction IT submittal process, test-reports reviews, change order management and review of all record documents.
- Coordinate activities and fulfill liaison responsibilities for external agencies to include WPAFB 88th Communications Squadron, NASIC and IC mission partners.
- Timely participation in all IT-related reviews (100% attendance at required meetings)
- Accurate advisory input resulting in compliant IT submittals and installations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
- Degree in computer science or information technology, Master's preferred
- 12-15 years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 8-10 focused on DoD or Intelligence projects
- Focus on system architecture, software development, and IT project management.
- Deep knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and the ATO process
- Experience with classified networks.
- Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud computing, database management, and IT governance.
- Proven leadership to guide teams and manage complex IT projects, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Experience designing, developing, and integrating the complete technology infrastructure for a new, large scale intelligence facility.
- Responsible for translating complex operational and mission requirements into a cohesive and resilient enterprise architecture.
- Must have knowledge of data centers, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud integration.
- Active TS/SCI and SAP clearances
