Solution Accelerator is seeking a proactive, resourceful, and confident Senior-level Administrative Partner. In this pivotal role, you will work directly with the General Manager/Deputy CTO, Assistant General Manager , and partner closely with the CTO Executive Administrative Partner to ensure seamless, high-level operations. The ideal candidate is adaptable, support-minded, and excels at relationship building, communication, and cross-team collaboration. You will serve as a key contributor to the division's leadership team, providing strategic, forward-thinking support in a fast-paced, complex environment.
This role requires an independent thinker who can anticipate needs, bring clarity and structure to competing priorities, and proactively manage critical workflows across the organization. You will make informed recommendations, contribute to planning and decision-making processes, and help drive alignment across leadership priorities and organizational objectives. Responsibilities include coordinating initiatives, managing complex calendars, streamlining workflows, and ensuring timely execution of deliverables. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, process ownership, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

What You'll Be Doing
- Act as a partner, representative, and point of contact for GM by working closely with and fostering connections with internal management, government customers, contractors, and external senior leaders
- Organizes and prioritizes critical issues and information for the leader(s) to facilitate efficient decision making
- Oversees coordination of employee support for the group (on-boarding, timesheet administration/auditing, training requirements, supply/equipment orders)
- Coordinates and facilitates special projects, tracks actions items and deliverables
- Coordinates division, corporate, and customer reports/deliverables/org charts (compile/edit/publish)
- Provides input and feedback on GM/Division-level activities and decisions, with follow-up communications and coordination
- Executes strategic, proactive, and complex calendar/meeting/event planning management and conflict resolution
- Arranges travel coordination, logistics, and expense reporting for senior leadership
- Improves and ensures effective processes/systems within the division that provide superior organization, efficiency and industry-lead technical best practices
- Collaborates with admins and Division staff to achieve coverage and increase efficiency and consistency
- Leads by training and mentoring admins and is a role model by demonstrating professionalism, team collaboration, technical expertise, and leadership behavior that is consistent with the company's values
What You Need to be Successful
Minimum Requirements :
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Advanced administrative skills: project coordination, strategic execution of tasks, organization, detail-oriented, writing, and proofreading
- Advanced technological fluency across a wide range of tools and platforms such as Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and Excel
- Advanced communication & interpersonal skills: leadership, collaboration, strategic thinking, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, diplomatic, judgment, business acumen, and decision making, across all levels of the organization
- Ability to rapidly adapt to changing environments and anticipate needs of the organization
- Ability to handle sensitive and personnel-related information appropriately and support sensitive management functions
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively with a team to proactively deliver innovative solutions and resolve issues with minimal direction
- Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SSBI/SCI security clearance, which is issued by the U.S. government. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.
How You Can Stand Out
It would be impressive if you have one or more of these:
- Prior experience as a senior admin or similar role
- Familiarity with enterprise software packages such as Concur, Workday, JIRA, Confluence
- Familiarity with Aerospace corporate organizational structures, policies, processes, and practices
- A current and active TS/SSBI/SCI security clearance, which is issued by the U.S. government is highly preferred. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.
