Join Synertex LLC and support a mission-critical Intelligence Community program focused on strengthening strategic partnerships across government, private sector, and academia. We are seeking a Senior Partnership Engagement Support Specialist with deep experience in outreach, engagement, and program coordination to operate at the executive level within a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead outreach and engagement activities within an assigned functional area.
• Analyze reports to assess programmatic efficiencies, effectiveness, and overall value.
• Develop and deliver contractual, departmental, project, and financial reports to customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Support partnership engagement initiatives through planning, logistics, development, and execution of conferences, symposiums, and events.
• Provide input into operational and strategic communication plans to drive awareness and utilization of client programs.
• Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate engagements with senior government officials, private sector executives, and academic leaders.
• Develop executive-level briefings, talking points, and point papers aligned to the client's strategic partnership plan.
• Serve as a technical liaison between the organization and external partners.
• Facilitate working groups, document outcomes, and produce post-meeting summaries and reports.
• Utilize tools such as JIRA to receive, process, track, and monitor requests for services.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Bachelor's degree with 18+ years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree with 10+ years, OR 24+ years of experience in lieu of degree
• Executive-level written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in partnership engagement and outreach across Intelligence Community and private sector partners
• Experience working within the Intelligence Community
• Working knowledge or experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence
• Strong ability to operate in high-level, cross-organizational coordination environments
