Position: Software Engineer / Systems Engineer - Radar & Signal Processing is big plus
Location: Moorestown, NJ
MUST BE USC and have active DOD secret clearance
About the Role
In this role, you will design, develop, and enhance advanced software and systems solutions for radar and signal processing applications. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate complex requirements into scalable, high‑quality technical solutions. The position emphasizes technical depth, problem‑solving, and leadership, with opportunities to influence architecture, mentor engineers, and contribute to cutting‑edge system development.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, or a related STEM field
• 6-9 years of professional software or systems engineering experience, including technical leadership or mentorship
• Proficiency in C++ or other object‑oriented programming languages such as Java or C#
• Experience working in Agile development environments, including sprint planning, release planning, and Scrum ceremonies
• Strong analytical, applied mathematics, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain clear, high‑quality technical documentation
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong foundation in mathematics, including linear algebra, statistical analysis, and signal processing
• Experience with radar systems, including subsystems, architectures, and design concepts
• Familiarity with radar modelling, simulation, and analysis tools
• Hands‑on experience in radar systems development, including algorithm development, software implementation, data analysis, and modelling and simulation
• Technical leadership experience contributing to program or project execution
Proven ability to apply mathematical and analytical techniques to solve complex engineering problems
