Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Training Coordinator for a potential effort supporting the Commander, Naval Surface Group – Central (CNSG-C) in Bahrain.
The Training Coordinator will have comprehensive Navy training system knowledge to manage training programs, knowledge management, and readiness systems for CNSG-C. This position serves as the Knowledge Management transformation agent and Advanced Skills Management administrator.

Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Training Coordinator for a potential effort supporting the Commander, Naval Surface Group – Central (CNSG-C) in Bahrain.
The Training Coordinator will have comprehensive Navy training system knowledge to manage training programs, knowledge management, and readiness systems for CNSG-C. This position serves as the Knowledge Management transformation agent and Advanced Skills Management administrator.
Key responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Providing technical support to analyze, develop, review, update, and validate mission area assessments, training and certification standards.
- Liaising with Fleet staff, units, training activities, SYSCOMs, and research and development activities to ensure training reflects current policies.
- Updating training completions electronically as courses are reported.
- Preparing events including reserving conference rooms, setting up equipment, recording attendance, and scheduling announcements.
- Collecting and filing training materials while developing and managing integrated long-range training plans for coordination of CNSG-C resources through Basic Phase and certification validations.
- Serving as Advanced Skills Management administrator solely responsible for upkeep of CNSG-C personnel qualifications and training and also managing and providing support for Defense Readiness Reporting System, ASM, Enterprise Safety Application Management Systems, and higher-level readiness briefs.
- Maintaining updated mandatory training lists, reviewing training instructions and making improvement recommendations.
- Serving as Knowledge Management (KM) transformation agent championing KM processes, advising senior leadership and developing KM strategies, identifying Government and commercial KM best practices.
- Participating in command calls and conferences.
- Serving as Collaboration at Sea Administrator responsible for CNSG-C CAS site and account management.
- Functioning as Command School Coordinator enrolling and tracking CNSG-C staff personnel.
This position is contingent on contract award.
Work Environment

Basic Qualifications
- Current, active Secret security clearance.
- Experience organizing data and records for retrieval and scheduling/coordinating training events for naval vessels.
- Strong working knowledge of Surface Force Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP) cycle and surface ship training and readiness requirements.
- Experience in training, maintenance, and operational events utilizing Training and Operational Readiness Information Services (TORIS).
- Strong background knowledge with Surface Force Training and Readiness Manual (SFTRM) is desirable.
- KM background providing support for DRRS-S, ASM, ESAMS, and SharePoint products including higher-level readiness briefs.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
- May be subject to US Navy medical and physical qualification guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Ten (10) years of Active Duty United States Navy experience with organizing data and records for easy retrieval and scheduling / coordinating training events for US Naval vessels.
- Direct experience working in the Fifth Fleet.
