Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Senior Metrics and Data Analyst with expertise in LCS Freedom Class engineering and maintenance assessments for a potential effort supporting the Commander, Naval Surface Group – Central (CNSG-C) in Bahrain.
The Senior Metrics and Data Analyst will have expertise in LCS Freedom Class engineering and maintenance assessments to support CNSG-C readiness operations. This position requires intermittent underway periods onboard LCS vessels operating in the Fifth Fleet Area of Operations. Key responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Senior Metrics and Data Analyst with expertise in LCS Freedom Class engineering and maintenance assessments for a potential effort supporting the Commander, Naval Surface Group – Central (CNSG-C) in Bahrain.
The Senior Metrics and Data Analyst will have expertise in LCS Freedom Class engineering and maintenance assessments to support CNSG-C readiness operations. This position requires intermittent underway periods onboard LCS vessels operating in the Fifth Fleet Area of Operations. Key responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Developing and proposing data sources and metrics for measuring readiness effectiveness and efficiency in maintenance and training.
- Analyzing metric results to provide recommendations for improving readiness processes.
- Developing, updating, and maintaining Chief of Naval Operations Availability and Continuous Maintenance Availability trend reports.
- Managing project lead schedules and PowerPoint presentations for Engineering classroom and practical training, Damage Control training, Damage Control Material Assessments, Engineering Focused Limited Training Teams, Damage Control Focused LTTs, Engineering Critical and Non-Critical Program Management, NAVOSH Program Management, Gas Free Engineering, Damage Control Program Management, Engineering Safety Precautions, Maintenance and Material Management, Readiness Events, and Material Inspections.
- Developing databases to track CNO Availability and CMAV trend reports.
- Completing extension root cause analysis, identifying strategies to mitigate extensions, and performing engineering analysis for life cycle maintenance strategy improvements.
- Providing training and maintenance assessments for LCS Freedom Class, using metrics analysis to support optimal levels of forward-staged LCS material, ensuring readiness and maintenance data retrieval from Navy systems and uploading to SURFORWEB Portal, and coordinating with Commander Naval Regional Maintenance Center and ST1 Metrics POCs.
This position is contingent on contract award.
Work Environment
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Basic Qualifications
- Current, active secret security clearance.
- Ten years of experience developing data sources and metrics for determining root causes of CNO Availability extensions.
- Strong knowledge in Engineering classroom training, Damage Control training, DCMA, Engineering and Damage Control Focused LTTs, Program Management, Gas Free Engineering, Safety Precautions, 3M, Readiness Events, and Material Inspections.
- Proficient and experienced with Microsoft Office, especially Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to perform intermittent underway periods on naval vessel
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
- May be subject to US Navy medical and physical qualification guidelines.
