Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant for a potential effort supporting the Commander, Naval Surface Group – Central (CNSG-C) in Bahrain.
The Executive Administrative Assistant will have exceptional organizational and communication skills to provide direct executive-level support to the TRIAD within the Office of Commander, Naval Surface Group CENTRAL located on Naval Station Bahrain.

Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant for a potential effort supporting the Commander, Naval Surface Group – Central (CNSG-C) in Bahrain.
The Executive Administrative Assistant will have exceptional organizational and communication skills to provide direct executive-level support to the TRIAD within the Office of Commander, Naval Surface Group CENTRAL located on Naval Station Bahrain.
Key responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Providing direct executive-level support to TRIAD members and performs administrative and office automation duties supporting the Organization.
- Composing correspondence ensuring proper formatting, locating and assembling information for reports and briefs, maintaining documents in electronic files for easy retrieval.
- Creating and maintaining databases for program statistical tracking.
- Making backup copies of stored data, briefing the TRIAD and participating in meetings to keep them informed on new or revised administrative policies and procedures.
- Coordinating and supporting government personnel's understanding of personnel management systems requirements.
- Interpreting DOD policy and guidance for communications and coordination to assist senior executive defense leadership in identifying and mitigating programmatic risks.
- Planning and carrying out assignments with considerable independence.
- Using multiple function office equipment and automated software to produce wide-range documents.
- Overseeing technical planning and management within CNSG-C Admin department to support DOD Component administrative initiatives.
- Receiving visitors and telephone calls determining request nature and directing appropriately.
- Using diplomacy and tact in dealing with internal and external leadership.
- Formulating and implementing communications strategies to senior military and civilian personnel.
- Serving as a focal point for visit requests and parking requests for TRIAD visiting other installations.
This position is contingent on contract award.
Work Environment
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Basic Qualifications
- Current, active secret security clearance.
- At least two (2) years of relevant work experience in administrative roles.
- Strong leadership, problem identification/resolution skills, flexibility, initiative, and a proven ability to work with Senior Officers efficiently and effectively (to include
experience interfacing/communicating with Senior Executive leadership in both Government and Industry). - Ability to work independently and/or as a team member under tight deadlines with changing priorities.
- Knowledge of the organization of office files and the purpose and content of documents in the files.
- Knowledge of the clerical steps in processing files and retrieving information in files to prepare reports and maintain suspense records.
- Ability to prioritize time and efforts across multiple activities to meet Government requirements.
- Experience writing white papers, briefings, correspondence, and reports.
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) databases and including Defense Travel System (DTS), Salesforce, BOL programs to include eNAVFIT, Navy Personnel Command Document Services, Navy Department Awards Web Service (NDAWS).
- Excellent organizational and teambuilding skills, good interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of English grammar and usage, format, and procedural requirements.
- Skills in writing and oral communication to write/type letters, memoranda, and reports, and clearly explain complicated regulations, procedures, and concepts to persons outside the agency.
- Demonstrated experience with Correspondence, Microsoft Suite, and Task Management Systems.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
- May be subject to US Navy medical and physical qualification guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications
