Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Metrics and Data Analyst with experience in logistics and supply chain for a potential effort supporting the Commander, Naval Surface Group – Central (CNSG-C) in Bahrain.
The Metrics and Data Analyst will have strong logistics and supply chain expertise to support CNSG-C material management and warehouse operations. This position combines data analysis, warehouse operations, and logistics support for homeported and visiting ships.
This position is contingent on contract award.

Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Metrics and Data Analyst with experience in logistics and supply chain for a potential effort supporting the Commander, Naval Surface Group – Central (CNSG-C) in Bahrain.
The Metrics and Data Analyst will have strong logistics and supply chain expertise to support CNSG-C material management and warehouse operations. This position combines data analysis, warehouse operations, and logistics support for homeported and visiting ships.
- Providing warehouse support with administrative functions, inventories, work methods establishment, and operations management.
- Developing and maintaining metrics and analysis databases to track CNO Availabilities and CMAVs completions with frequent updates supporting management decisions and Flag-level briefs.
- Developing program metrics evaluating program operations effectiveness.
- Performing inventory management duties including shipboard requirements determination, acquisition, local purchase, status tracking, distribution, accountability, financial management, issue, retention, and disposal.
- Performing restocking, researching, shipping, and preparation of shipping documents, coordinates carcass processing and turn-ins.
- Acting as logistics liaison interfacing with the fleet to coordinate service and resolve problems.
- Identifying material shortage issues and tracks parts for CNSG-C supported units.
- Developing CNO Availability and CMAV trend reports.
- Maintaining databases for root cause analysis, functioning as database manager ensuring interface with Command Readiness Dashboard.
- Coordinating with modernization managers to track installation operational impact and return on investment.
- Generating PowerPoint presentations, extracting data from LogiQuest, One Touch, Haystack, and ships’ CSMPs for exploratory analysis.
- Validating Allowance Parts Listing requirements for LCS vessels.
- Coordinating hazardous waste material handling and providing inventory oversight for pre-positioned high-value materials.
This position is contingent on contract award.
Work Environment
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Basic Qualifications
- Current, active secret security clearance.
- Ten years tracking and analyzing modernization installation operational impact and return on investment for tracked alterations.
- Strong knowledge of CASREP tracking, LogiQuest, One Touch, and Haystack.
- Experience with forklift operations.
- Strong knowledge in planning initiatives including major re-warehousing efforts, receiving/receipt control procedures, and warehouse management systems.
- Background maintaining data in metrics and analysis databases.
- Proficient and experienced with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
- May be subject to US Navy medical and physical qualification guidelines.
