Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking an Agency Program Coordinator (APC) for Government Travel Credit Cards for a potential effort supporting the Commander, Naval Surface Group – Central (CNSG-C) in Bahrain.

The Agency Program Coordinator for Government Travel Credit Cards will manage the Command Travel Card Program for CNSG-C staff and ship personnel.

  • Managing the Command Travel Card Program for CNSG-C staff and ship personnel.

  • Acting as helpdesk support providing daily information and performing deliverables with strong customer service. 

  • Establishing new Government Travel Credit Card accounts and assures compliance with local and higher echelon GTCC policies and procedures. 

  • Reviewing and validating cardholder access to electronic systems relevant to travel cards, terminating cardholder access upon transfer, retirement, or separation, managing and approving new card applications and coordinating replacement cards. 

  • Working with Command DTS ODTA to ensure DTS profiles contain current GTCC card numbers and expiration dates, ensuring trainees and cardholders complete Statement of Understanding applications. 

  • Providing cardholders with information on GTC policies, procedures, roles, responsibilities, and guidelines. 

  • Acting as liaison between financial institutions, DFAS, comptroller office, CTO Travel, and travelers. 

  • Identifying and assisting in rectifying errors and discrepancies in timely manner, and ensuring resolution and reconciliation of dispute transaction reports to avoid account suspension.



This position is contingent on contract award.

Work Environment 


  • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional loud noise (airfield, large equipment).  

  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

  • While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.

Basic Qualifications


  • Current, active secret security clearance.

  • Eight years of relevant government travel experience and strong working knowledge of the APC role.

  • Strong knowledge understanding GTCC Account codes and policy. 

  • Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.

  • Professional proficiency in English is required.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.

  • May be subject to US Navy medical and physical qualification guidelines.

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.   Quattro Consulting will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.



 Preferred Qualifications


  • Direct experience as an APC.

  • Direct DTS experience.

  • Direct experience working in the Fifth Fleet.
