Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst for a potential effort supporting the Commander, Naval Surface Group – Central (CNSG-C) in Bahrain.
The IT Service Desk Analyst will have strong technical troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation to provide Tier I and II support for CNSG-C IT operations and infrastructure.

Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst for a potential effort supporting the Commander, Naval Surface Group – Central (CNSG-C) in Bahrain.
The IT Service Desk Analyst will have strong technical troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation to provide Tier I and II support for CNSG-C IT operations and infrastructure.
Key responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Providing Tier I and II customer service support in-person, telephonically, or electronically via REMEDY ticket system, escalating incidents to higher Tiers when required.
- Completing basic and advanced hardware and infrastructure work including cable management, workstation installations, UPS system checks, hardware component replacement, and basic printer maintenance.
- Tracking all work incidents in database tools and systems ensuring tickets are completed accurately within NCTS Bahrain Service Level Agreement procedures.
- Supporting in and out processing including creating accounts, setting up workstations, and mapping drives and printers.
- Executing basic Active Directory tasks and managing NTFS permissions.
- Troubleshooting and resolving software issues with MS Office, Outlook, Adobe, Java, and PKIs.
- Participating in or leading special projects and day-to-day operations.
- Responding appropriately to errors or faults.
- Submitting and tracking SAAR-N forms, submitting Request for Change orders for port activation, software installs, and reimaging requests.
- Scheduling and troubleshooting video tele-conferences.
- Maintaining database of all ONE-Net assets on quarterly inventory lists.
- Processing purchase requests for office supplies and equipment, accounting for and troubleshooting command-issued iPhones, dispositioning unused or non-functioning IT equipment through DRMO process.
- Processing Base Communications Office work requests for infrastructure modifications, and drafting and releasing command messages utilizing Command and Control Official Information Exchange application.
This position is contingent on contract award.
Work Environment
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Basic Qualifications
- Current, active secret security clearance.
- Strong working knowledge with basic to advanced hardware and infrastructure work including cable management, workstation installations, UPS systems, hardware component replacement, and printer maintenance.
- Proficient with submission and tracking of SAAR-N forms, Request for Change, and REMEDY ticket application.
- Strong background with port activation, software installs, and reimaging.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
- May be subject to US Navy medical and physical qualification guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Active 8570 IAT II (or higher) Baseline Certification, such as Security+, CASP
- Ten years of helpdesk services experience.
- Direct experience working in the Fifth Fleet.
