Overview
CommIT Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager join the team in Quantico, VA. The Program Manager will provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for all contract activities supporting the Marine Corps Cyberspace Operations Group (MCCOG). This role serves as the primary point of contact for the Government, ensuring the successful execution of all tasks and the supervision of all contractor personnel.

Our enterprise systems support includes the Department of Defense's (DoD) GCSS-MC, CAC2S, TBMCS-MC, and the Department of Veteran's Affairs' (VA) telehealth communications. Responsibilities
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to-
- Provide management and oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel to satisfy the requirements of the Statement of Work.
- Serve as the Government's primary point-of-contact and provide technical supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel.
- Develop and provide a Monthly Status Report (MSR) by the fifteenth of each month.
- Prepare and deliver Meeting and Review Minutes for all specified meetings, up to and including the TS/SCI level.
- Convene a monthly Technical Status Meeting with government stakeholders to review activities, establish priorities, and resolve problems.
- Develop and annually update a comprehensive Project Management Plan (PMP) detailing the management approach, SOPs, milestones, and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
- Prepare and submit Trip Reports for all travel.
- Develop and execute a Transition-Out Plan to ensure a smooth transition to an incoming contractor or government personnel with no disruption in service.
Qualifications
Required Experience, Certifications, and Education:
- IAT Level III
- Experience in program management overseeing cybersecurity and IT operations contracts for the Department of Defense. Proven ability to manage personnel, subcontractors, and deliverables in a high-stakes environment.
- Expertise in program management principles and practices.
- Strong understanding of government contracting, CDRLs, and reporting requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with the MCCOG mission and the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN).
- PMP certification.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Environmental Conditions: General office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are not hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. Contractor site with 0-10% travel possible. Possible off-hours work to support releases and outages.
- Strength Demands: 10 lbs. maximum lifting, occasional lift/carry of small articles.
- Physical Requirements: Occasionally required to stand; frequently required to walk and sit. Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity. Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl. Continually required to talk or hear. Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard.
