Clearance Required - Top Secret
Location - Melbourne, Florida (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $125/hour (W2)
Duration: 7 months (~1100 hours)

We are seeking a highly skilled (10+ years minimum) VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Engineer to support data center operations for a critical program. The ideal candidate will work onsite alongside an experienced STRIKE team and contribute to maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting VCF and VxRail environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on support for VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments within the data center
Work closely with the STRIKE team to support and enhance infrastructure operations
Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting of VCF components
Manage and support Dell EMC VxRail systems
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and virtualization issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and implement improvements
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience (minimum)
Strong hands-on experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)
Deep expertise in VxRail and hyperconverged infrastructure environments
Solid understanding of VMware ecosystem (vSphere, NSX, vSAN)
Experience supporting enterprise-level data center operations
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Active Top Secret Clearance (mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in defense or government environments
Familiarity with large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure deployments
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-expertise teams
