Summary
TTG Solutions is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to manage and maintain critical datacenter infrastructure. We are looking for a professional with a deep understanding of enterprise-grade hardware and networking solutions to ensure seamless performance and reliability.Description
Key responsibilities include overseeing server, network, and storage system operations and optimization. The role involves configuring and managing Cisco switches and firewalls and working with HPE and Dell servers for robust solutions. You will handle advanced storage systems, including Dell, HPE, and PureStorage NAS, maintaining data integrity. Expertise in managing copper and fiber cabling for efficient connectivity is required. Additional tasks include resource utilization estimation for power and cooling, and creating detailed network layout diagrams using Visio or DrawIO.Experience Level
Senior 3 years of unrelated experience = 1 year of related experience. Bachelors preferred. Master's degree = 1 year of additional related experience. 3 certifications and/or other applicable credentials = 1 year of additional related experience.Requirements: 8-11 years experience
Required Skills
- Experience in a datacenter environment and strong background in data center operations
- Experience in power and cooling capacity management
- Hands-on experience with hardware and network configurations
- Proven track record of managing complex infrastructure environments and a deep understanding of enterprise-grade hardware and networking solutions
- Familiarity with Cisco networking equipment, HPE and Dell hardware, and advanced storage solutions

| Base Salary | $200,000 - $241,000 |
| PTO | 30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays. |
| Retirement | 15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years. |
| Paid Benefits | Company pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. If your insurance expenses are less that that, we bonus the difference to you. |
| Annual Bonuses | 3% to 5% annual bonuses. |
| Cell Phone Stipend | $100 monthly phone expense reimbursement. |
| Training Budget | 3 paid training days + $2,500 training budget |
| New Hire Bonus | $5,000 new hire bonus |
