Individual Occupational Requirements
Degree: Masters degree or equivalent graduate degree or two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position.
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: At least one year of specialized experience or less and at least one year of graduate education but less than two years.
AND
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service which includes 1) Assisting the supervisor with providing oversight of all unaccompanied housing related activities; 2) Tracking government issued furnishings and appliances; 3) Providing supporting data to housing manager for planning of maintenance; AND 4) Has good planning, execution, and sound judgment in applying guidelines.
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07).

- Provides direct, on-site customer service support of the housing management program.
- Provides occupancy data for required reports prepared for the supervisor.
- Gathers data for new or replacement furniture, appliances and equipment in accordance with established criteria or authorizations.

- Develops housing contingency plans and processes (assignment, termination, maintenance).
