DevSecOps Delivery Lead (SAFe) to drive execution within the DevSecOps pipeline. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on program delivery and integration rather than pure architecture. You will bridge the gap between technical engineering and mission requirements, ensuring the seamless flow of value across a complex DoD infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
SAFe Program Execution: Lead PI Planning, coordinate with RTEs and Product Owners, and manage cross-team dependencies to ensure mission-critical delivery.
Technical Integration: Translate architectural designs into executable work, ensuring DevSecOps solutions meet scope, schedule, and performance standards.
Pipeline Advancement: Support the sustainment of CI/CD pipelines, promoting automation and security-first best practices.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary link between technical teams and leadership, communicating risks and project status to diverse audiences.
Risk & Compliance: Manage mitigations for technical hurdles and ensure all solutions align with DoD security and scalability requirements.
Qualifications
Education/Experience: * Bachelor’s + 10 years OR Master’s + 5 years of IT delivery experience.
Required: 5+ years supporting DoD systems.
Certifications: * Mandatory: IAT Level II (e.g., Security+ CE, SSCP, or CCNA-Security).
Preferred: SAFe Agilist, Practitioner, or equivalent.
Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of distributed systems, API integration, and automated CI/CD workflows.
Soft Skills: Exceptional facilitation, backlog management, and cross-functional leadership.
