Job Description

SkyBridge Tactical is a Prime Contractor for MSOFS and a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Tampa, FL, founded in 2008 to support our customers’ global security, operational and training needs, focusing on mission success in the most challenging environments. SBT current contracts address U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. Department of State (DoS) demand for highly skilled professionals to solve problems in the interest of national security.
Position is contingent on award.

The Multi-Domain Operations Planner / SME provides subject matter expertise in exercise planning, operational scenario development, and multi-domain training integration. The position supports government exercise objectives by assisting with planning, coordination, documentation, execution support, and post-exercise assessment activities.
Primary Duties
Support the planning, development, coordination, and execution of military training exercises and operational scenarios.
Assist in developing realistic exercise environments that support training objectives across multiple operational domains.
Participate in planning meetings, working groups, coordination sessions, in-progress reviews, and after-action review activities.
Coordinate with government, military, joint, and interagency stakeholders to support exercise planning and execution requirements.
Prepare exercise-related products, briefings, reports, planning documents, timelines, scenario materials, and other required deliverables.
Conduct research and analysis to support scenario development, operational planning, and training objective alignment.
Support the development, tracking, and refinement of exercise events, injects, and training audience responses.
Monitor exercise execution and assist with documenting observations, outcomes, issues, and lessons learned.
Provide written and oral updates, briefings, reports, and recommendations to government leadership and exercise planning personnel.
Support administrative, operational, and technical documentation requirements associated with exercise planning and execution.
Assist with coordination of resources, schedules, meetings, and support activities required for successful exercise events.
Perform duties independently or as part of an integrated planning team with limited day-to-day guidance.
Support surge requirements, travel, and temporary duty assignments as required by the contract.
Minimum Requirements.
Applicants must meet all minimum qualifications listed for this position to be considered. These requirements are established by the Government and are mandatory for contract performance. Candidates who do not meet every minimum requirement will not be eligible for consideration for this position
Current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance and ability to obtain a SOCRATES account.
Minimum 10 years of experience coordinating, synchronizing, and executing Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, offensive/defensive cyber operations, and space operations with Joint, Fleet, conventional forces, or a Combatant Command.
Minimum 10 years of exercise experience using analytical, planning, and organizational tools to meet defined mission requirements.
Minimum 5 years of experience working within Joint SOF operational and strategic environments.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
Minimum 5 years of experience analyzing or emulating adversary tradecraft and enemy threat systems.
Minimum 5 years of experience serving as a government liaison, coordinating between range control, testing units, and acquisition teams.
Minimum 5 years of applied experience in RF theory, EW techniques, SATCOM, and SIGINT tradecraft.
Minimum 5 years of experience in cyber threat emulation and network effect integration within EMSO scenarios.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Red Team or OPFOR role focused on realistic adversary behavior development for training environments.
Experience designing and delivering at least five Joint or Fleet-level exercises and operational scenarios.
Experience conducting at least five pre-event risk assessments and five post-event after-action reports containing technical findings and mitigation strategies.
Ability to deliver oral presentations and written reports to senior leadership, O-5 and above.
Ability to produce technical reports, vulnerability assessments, and engineering briefs.
Ability to obtain personnel and vehicle access to military installations.
Valid state-issued driver’s license.
Physically qualified to board and operate from military aircraft and surface vessels.
Availability to provide surge support for at least two exercise iterations per year.
Willingness and ability to travel, including possible CONUS and OCONUS TDY of 35% or more.
