The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tactical to strategic military operations, specifically operating as a dual-tracked intelligence and aviation professional, with expertise in manned and unmanned Aerial-ISR/RSTA mission management and synchronization. Typical Job Duties and Tasks:
- Develop, coordinate, prepare, and maintain all Brigade (BDE) and higher headquarters operational plans, including OPLANs, CONPLANs, and Concepts of Operation (CONOP).
- Lead the development and dissemination of current orders and taskings for BDE intelligence operations, ensuring seamless integration from tactical to theater/strategic echelons.
- Advise, develop, and tailor BDE and subordinate Battalion (BN) responses to operational requirements and ensure effective impact mitigation.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) advising BDE and BN command teams on manned and unmanned Aerial-ISR/RSTA sensors, systems, and operations.
- Manage the synchronization of GEOINT and SIGINT collection in support of both Special Operations Forces (SOF) and conventional forces.
- Develop, manage, and sustain continuous global deployment models for detachment to brigade-sized elements.
- Represent the BDE at technical exchanges, conferences, working groups, and other meetings with external agencies and relevant stakeholders.
- Support future operations exercise coordination and preparation, monitoring higher staff counterpart communications and serving as the liaison with the BDE Training office.
Requirements
Requirements - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience: Masters Degree with minimum of twenty (20) years of relevant experience in tactical to strategic military operations , specifically operating as a dual-tracked intelligence and aviation professional.
- Environment: Proven ability to perform in high-stakes, intelligence-driven settings requiring adaptability and mission focus.
- Communication: Excellent written and strategic communication skills for coordinating among multi-disciplinary teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in manned and unmanned Aerial-ISR/RSTA mission management and synchronization. Proven skills in team building, complex organizational planning, and unit transformation and modernization.
- Certifications: Must be a graduate of the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS).
- Prior experience serving as a Battalion Commander or PED Director within a Military Intelligence (Aerial Intelligence) Brigade.
- Experience leading Army modernization efforts for next-generation platforms, such as the Global 6500 or HADES prototypes.
- Experience serving as a strategic planner responsible for joint and multinational synchronization of theater assets.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance and willing to submit to CI polygraph
