JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Secret-cleared Senior IT Specialist to support a federal client of ours onsite in Newport, RI. This role will directly support the government customer with Network support, including switch configuration and turning ports on/off.
The day-to-day includes:
• Tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting
• Diagnosing computer and laptop issues
• Printer and related hardware resets
• User account support
• Diagnosing network issues
• Working through trouble tickets
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Active Secret clearance
• Security+ certification
• 3+ years of network support experience
• Ability to work onsite in the Newport, RI area
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• CCNA certification
Compensation:
$33/hr to $40/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
