Job Description
Supporting the PKI Operations Manager overseeing task delegation and projects for PKI Registration Authority Officers (RAO) and Local Registration Authority Officers (LRA) throughout the DOE/NNSA enterprise.

Responsibilities include:
- Providing training per PKI policies
- Supporting decisions related to RAO operations
- Performing Certificate Authority (CA) functions
- Managing CA updates and schedules
The role requires expertise in:
- Drafting policies and procedures
- Handling daily operations
- Creating and managing roles within the PKI Credentialing Management System (CMS)
- Implementing Service Now for token lifecycle tracking
Additional duties involve:
- Onboarding/offboarding trusted roles coordinating training and approvals
- Provisioning access
- Responding to unique requests or events
- Managing both physical and logical security controls of PKI equipment and spaces
