ASRC Federal Professional Services is seeking a proactive, innovative self-starter with an active Top Secret clearance to become an integral part of our team as a Lessons Learned Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Education Doctrine and Instruction for Intelligence Efforts (EDIF-IE) contract. This role supports the US Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE) at Ft. Huachuca, AZ. This exciting opportunity will involve travel, as the SME will gather crucial insights by engaging with military and civilian personnel, observing Collective Training Events (CTE) and Operations (CTO) in various theaters, and attending key conferences, forums, and briefings. This position requires on-site work at a government facility. No remote/offsite work locations, other than required travel, are authorized.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Drive Knowledge Sharing: Actively collect, analyze, validate, integrate, disseminate, archive, and assess lessons learned and best practices across the Military Intelligence proponent capability areas of Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF) domains.
  • Enhance Learning Platforms: Contribute to the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) by developing and uploading relevant LL products that align with mission objectives.
  • Engage with Thought Leaders: Represent and provide insights on specific quarterly institutional topics at the Army Lessons Learned Forum (ALLF).
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Participate in the Army Lessons Learned Synchronization Workshop (ALLSW), sharing knowledge and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
  • Dissemination: Lead the monthly Military Intelligence Lessons Learned Forum.

Education and Experience:
  • A minimum of five years of experience in military or intelligence community operations or support.
  • Experience in participating in or supporting an Army Lessons Learned position, program, or requirement, which may include authoring After-Action Reports, collecting observations, or submitting professional journal articles on experiences or lessons learned.
  • Completion of the Center for Army Lessons Learned (CALL) "Lessons Learned Course" (either online or in residence).
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong understanding of Army Regulations
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in supporting a military service or joint-level Lessons Learned initiative
  • Ability to Communicate and Articulate Challenges with Senior Army Leader

U.S. Government Clearance Requirements:
  • Active DOD Top Secret clearance with SCI is required. Candidates without a minimum of a Top Secret clearance will not be considered.
