Summary:
• Develop, maintain, and enhance sophisticated software systems.
• Design, code, debug, and seamlessly integrate complex software components.
• Conduct thorough requirements analysis, innovate algorithm development, and perform comprehensive software testing.
• Oversee and manage intricate data flows and robust database engineering initiatives.
• Apply advanced mathematical models and leverage High Performance Computing (HPC) solutions to solve challenging problems.
• Provide expert technical leadership to teams and effectively manage end-to-end software development projects.
• Utilize extensive experience in Java for core development activities.

• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 14+ years
• Salary: $305k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Lead the full lifecycle software development, including design, coding, debugging, and integration for complex systems.
• Perform detailed requirements analysis and translate operational needs into technical specifications.
• Develop and implement advanced algorithms and apply mathematical models to solve complex problems.
• Drive software architecture decisions and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive software testing, including integration and system-level testing.
• Manage and optimize data flows, overseeing database engineering and utilizing SQL.
• Apply expertise in High Performance Computing (HPC) to address demanding computational challenges.
• Provide technical team leadership, mentoring engineers and guiding project execution.
• Utilize strong Java development skills for core application development.
• Engage in program management activities for software development projects.
• Support systems engineering efforts related to software components and their interfaces.
• Collaborate on hardware engineering aspects as they interface with software systems.
• Leverage Data Science principles for analysis and problem-solving.
• Produce clear and concise technical documentation and communications.
