You will own issues end to end by driving problem resolution across factory and supplier environments while communicating plans, updates, and status to cross functional teams with diverse technical backgrounds. Daily responsibilities include hands on troubleshooting of electronic assemblies, maintaining and updating technical data packages, creating and presenting change documentation through cPDM and Change Boards, analyzing defect and yield data, and implementing process improvements to reduce recurring failures. You will also participate in peer reviews and support general electrical engineering production activities.

- Hands on experience debugging digital, analog, RF, and/or mixed signal circuit card assemblies or electro mechanical systems
- Ability to interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and Bills of Material (BoMs)
-Electrical design experience across CCA, RF, EO, seeker/sensor, or electronic subsystems
- Proven experience performing Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations
- Strong proficiency with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, programmable power supplies, spectrum/network analyzers)
- Experience supporting production factory and/or supplier technical issues
- Ability to clearly communicate technical plans and drive execution across cross functional teams
- Experience with test equipment support, test automation scripting, and production test execution
- Familiarity with tools such as MATLAB, PSPICE, HFSS, ADS, CST, Mentor Graphics, Mathcad, or similar
- Experience with subsystem integration and test, yield improvement, SPC methods, and ECN implementation
- Self starter mindset with the ability to work independently or lead within a small technical team
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a closely related discipline
Compensation: $55.43/hr. - $65.71/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
