[Responsibilities]

- Develop and review statistical analysis plans for analytical and clinical validation studies
- Apply experimental design (DOE) principles and conduct robust statistical analyses
- Calculate key clinical accuracy metrics such as PPA, NPA, PPV, and NPV for regulatory support
- Generate high-quality tables, listings, and figures aligned with protocol requirements
- Review, validate, and perform QC of statistical outputs and ensure scientific rigor
- Write and automate SAS code and macros to standardize analytical workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally, delivering actionable, data-driven insights
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to advance innovative diagnostic solutions

[Required Skills and Experience]

- Bachelor's in Statistics/Biostatistics with 5+ years, Master's with 1+ year, or PhD in relevant field
- Demonstrated experience as a statistician in IVD, medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences settings
- Advanced SAS programming skills (BASE, STAT, MACRO, GRAPH)
- Expertise in managing and analyzing complex, multi-source datasets
- Familiarity with CLSI standards
- Strong grasp of statistical theory, experimental design, and clinical trial methodologies
- Proficiency in linear/non-linear modeling, mixed models, categorical/nonparametric methods, bootstrapping, multiple imputations, and sample size calculations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex statistical concepts for diverse audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, remote environments

- SAS programming certification
- Experience with Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS)
- Flexibility to work across time zones
