Duties
As a Electronic Measurement Equipment Mechanic Leader -Title 32, WL-2602-11, you will serve as a working leader of three or more Electronic Measurement Equipment Mechanics, WG-2602-11. Performs duties such as performing calibration, diagnostics repair, and certification of electronic, mechanical, and radiation Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE). Provides technical guidance and specialized team leadership to lower-grade employees.

MILITARY REQUIREMENTS :
Compatible military grade and assignment required prior to the effective date of placement. This is an excepted service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the employing state's National Guard. Applicants who are not currently a member of the National Guard must be eligible for immediate membership. Military Grades: E-1 through E-9 and WO1 through CW3

GENERAL EXPERIENCE : Experience or training that has provided the candidate with sufficient knowledge to complete the work of this occupational series. Experience or training which demonstrates the candidate's ability to lead other National Guard employees engaged in the duties performed by this occupational serries.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE : In addition to the journeyman level knowledge, the candidate must have at least 36 months experience which demonstrates the ability to plan, organize, and lead the work of others in fields directly related to the repair function of this occupational series. Must has the ability to perform administrative functions; to read and interpret a variety of technical publications used in the repair of supported equipment. The ability to provide guidance to others in work related directly to this occupational series.
